Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually based on the number of qualified applicants.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.1 or higher.
  3. Must have an ACT score of 22 or higher or the equivalent SAT score.
  4. Must be a resident of Boone County, MO.
  5. Must attend Columbia College of Missouri.
  6. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  7. Must be a graduating high school senior.
  8. Must enroll as a full-time student.
  9. Must demonstrate community service/volunteer work.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is for Missouri high school seniors who are residents of Boone County and planning to attend Columbia College. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.1 or higher and have an ACT score of 22 or higher (or an equivalent SAT score).

Application requirements for the Columbia College of Missouri Boone County Endowed Award are:

Additional Information: The scholarship is made possible through the support of more than 200 area businesses. Recipients of the award will be chosen by committee in April and will be notified appropriately.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, renewable for up to three years by maintaining a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $4,000.

Applications are available from the Columbia College of Missouri (CCM) website.Students must submit the following materials to apply for the scholarship: a completed scholarship application (online or mailed); a completed application for admission; $35 admissions application fee; high school transcript; ACT or SAT scores; resume of activities; and a letter of recommendation from a leader of a community organization in which the student participates.All application materials must be submitted to the Office of Admissions by the deadline date.
