Number of Awards & Eligibility: Fifteen awards will be distributed
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be enrolled in an accredited school in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, or New Jersey
  2. Must be majoring in Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or an equivalent major in the field of Human Services

Additional Information: Complete and submit application on our Mountainside website Submit a 500 to 800 word essay that covers the following: How has your own or a loved one’s addiction affected you? How has it impacted your life in both a positive and negative way? How has it changed your perspective on the disease of addiction? How would receiving this scholarship help you in your future studies.

Award Amount: Awards range from $500-$1000  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $10,000.
