Description: The Milford High School Alumni Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors at Milford High School who demonstrate leadership, academic achievement, and community involvement.

Additional Information: The Milford High School Alumni Scholarship is provided annually to a graduating senior who demonstrates a combination of leadership, academic excellence, and community involvement. The funding for this award is provided by the Alumni Association of Milford High School, in dedication to all the students and staff that have made this school a great community throughout the years. The Delaware Community Foundation has provided scholarships and other forms of financial assistance to deserving Delaware students since 1986. Students are encouraged to apply for any and scholarships that they are eligible for, as there is no limit on the number of awards a single student may receive. Additional information about the award may be found online at the Foundation's website, as well as at school guidance offices within the state.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications and additional information about this scholarship are available online at the Delaware Community Foundation website. To be considered for an award, eligible students must complete the online application form that includes the following: student contact information; academic information and history; financial need (if applicable); and one or more essay responses as are defined within the application. Students are not required to complete the application in one sitting - current changes can be saved for later completion, review, or attachment of additional items. All applications and supporting documents must be submitted online no later than the deadline date.
