  1. Must be a resident of Sedgwick or Brooklin, Maine.
  2. Must be an undergraduate student at the time of application.
  3. Must attend the University of Maine.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  5. This award is for U.S. students.
  6. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

Additional Information: The University of Maine's residency scholarships are intended to attract and retain top academic achievers from diverse areas of Maine and surrounding states who seek intellectual stimulation and opportunities for personal development. This award, in honor of Foster Blake Sr., is for students who reside in the towns of Sedgwick and Brooklin, Maine.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
