I love attending UMES, I’m from baltimore and I feel as thought attending the school is really giving me a peace of mind. I created so many bonds and memories while attending. I had struggled last semester and the staff kept encouraging me to push through. So many fun activities a lot local school campus deals I just love the school as a whole. I would encourage others to come here as well.
UMES is a great school. The administration tries their hardest to make the university an enjoyable experience.
The school is a very nice school. It's located in the middle of nowhere so if you do not have a car it will be boring. The professors and students are very friendly and nice. The campus is really small so you tend to see the same faces everyday. But overall, UMES is great.
My opinion on UMES is that the school isn't fun. We don't have fun honestly all we do is go to the café eat nasty food go back to our room study sleep and go to class. Any other time students are bored. Like extremely bored. The food here is nasty the only good thing is its cheaper than other schools so more people come here and few are cool professors.

I would tell myself dont expect college would be an easy transition fro high school. When you come , come prepared to be hit with a crazy amount of exceptations from your family and the school.
The class are the best thing because this is where you learn. If you have a problem everyone is there to help you.
The University of Maryland Eastern Shore is a place of acceptance, love, and education.
My classmates are diverse, intelligent, kind, and most are hardworking students.
How dead the campus is on weekends. The variety of food in the cafe.
Any one who needs school should attend at this school.
Nothing
The worst thing about my school would have to be the location. University of Maryland Eastern Shore is safely tucked away from the city of Princess Anne. While there are plenty of stores, and restaurants near by, it is still a rather quiet, sometimes boring location.
anyone is welcome to the school. anyone who has an high school degree
being pretty
Well, what makes UMES unique compared to other schools and universities is that the family atmosphere with a small campus. The school has so many student activities for the student body to connect as a whole.
Eastern Shore can becoming fustrating at times. As far as finacial aid , which is the most important part. they workers could be very mean at time and not willing to help the students that attend the school unless there parents are involved. -The new dinning service that they have now at eastern shore is really bad, many students complain about the food all the time.
I do not know of any stereotypes at my university.
The overall sciences programs are wonderful! Highly recommend for graduate programs!
The level of the classes range from very easy to very difficult. Some teachers care enough to push us while others don't.
