I love the U of A. It's a school that automatically makes you feel at home when you attend. There are so many opportunities around campus for students to get involved in whatever makes them happy. The professors really care about their students and want to help them, the campus is beautiful, and the other students are kind and willing to help if you need them. The campus is relatively easy to navigate, and there are plenty of food options everywhere. The dorms are always in great condition and the views are beautiful. Overall, I would recommend U of A to anyone who wants to get serious about their education and be involved in a wonderful college.

The University of Arizona has a pretty nice campus. There are plenty of places to eat on and off campus and there are a few malls nearby. I like the closeness of the building because it makes it seem like a community. I'm happy that they don't have a very large campus where you might have to drive to your classes rather than walk. There are a lot of resources you can utilize and fun activities to do while you attend this university. They have a very nice rec center and a lot of free events that you can attend. The football games are pretty fun and a lot of students attend the basketball games as well. There are plenty of garages for you to park your car in if you choose to purchase a parking permit. I also enjoy all of the opportunities to get free food such as the Taste of the Union event where you get to walk around the union and sample the restaurants food for free. They have plenty of food options for anyone who likes meat, is vegetarian, or is vegan. This campus is really pretty and I highly recommend people to come here to earn their degree.

The University of Arizona has given me so many opportunities that I probably would never have been able to experience. The campus alone is so beautiful and just a great working environment, I feel smart just walking around. The staff is more than helpful all my professors want the best for there students and will help them in any way they can. Overall it is a wonderful place that I would recommend for anyone.

Overall I love the U of A and all it has to offer. It is a beautiful campus with amazing facilities. The academic help is there if you look for it. Tucson is very centered around the university and that is what I really love. Everyone gets involved. There are so many clubs and organizations to join. Some colleges are very helpful with helping you line up jobs before you graduate. Beware of the mathematics and physics department!! They have so many issues and a lot of people tend to fail those classes.

Best decision, hands-down. I love the atmosphere, the people, and the buildings! The architecture is older, with bricks and trees everywhere. The grass is always green and is frequently reseeded. It is absolutely beautiful. The classes are always at a nice size and I have learned so much in just a few short months.

The University of Arizona is an incredible school that makes students the first priority. Professors and Counselors are almost always available for one-on-one assistance, and they send emails to students regularly to make sure they are doing exceptional work. The academics and sports life creates a strong energy that brings the social and academic life of the entire school together. The sizes of the learning facilities, such as study halls and the main campus library, have plenty of room to study in peace and quiet, whether you are studying by yourself or with a group. The campus overall is stunningly beautiful, and the university staff is constantly keep up with the entire campus for a safe and clean environment for students. I am so glad that I chose the University of Arizona to pursue my major. I intend to receive my masters degree and possibly my doctorate degree at this school because of how great the University of Arizona has treated me!

What is your overall opinion of this school?

The University of Arizona is a good school go to if you want to live on campus all four years and major in business. The Eller Business program is very highly ranked and very prestigious however, if you want to major in anything that requires upper level math, The University of Arizona is not the right school for you. The math department does not have true Professors teaching the classes, graduate students teach all of the classes and sometimes don't know exactly what they're doing. There isn't even a professor available for questions or clarification. Also, the classes do not curve. This is a big problem when the classes are already very difficult to pass. On campus housing is alright if you live in on of the upscale dorms. However, it is a much better deal than living off campus and having to pay the ridiculous parking prices. A parking pass for the year goes for about $800 and is only good for the one garage or lot that you chose. This price doesn't even guarantee you a good spot or even a spot at all. The day-to-day parking prices aren't any better. Most of the garages are $8 a day and some even go up to $16 a day. The other problem with Parking and Transportation Services is that they hand out tickets like candy on Halloween. If you paid for 4 hours of parking and you stay for 4 hours and 6 minutes, you'll get a $60 ticket. Not only do tickets flow like water, but the prices are ridiculous. We are broke college students already struggling to pay for school, we don't need that much money coming out of our bank accounts to get the message across.

What is your overall opinion of this school?

It's a low-key phenomenal University. I was hoping to go to college out of state, but was pulled into going to school here because of its conservatory-esque music program and successful film production program. The Professors are so kind and intelligent, and nearly always accommodate situational issues if they arise. I have gotten such a wordy perspective with its very large club variety, gen ed classes, political presence (diversity) and cultural melting pot. There are issues with some Greek life, but when is there not? Due to the diverse and busy campus, there are many scenes in which alcohol and drug use I overdone and there is plenty of sketchy guys (mostly rich Greek boissss, mind you) and a class divide, but the community between the rest if the collegiate family is much more prominent. As a working class female of color, this is all very apparent, but this is a great real-world experience as you get exposure to every kind of political view, culture, ethnicity and personality in an educational institution. The best kind of education is one experienced.
