There are several tuition saving programs if you attend Ohio colleges. Ohio is a member of the Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP). The program offers tuition reduction to out-of-state students. 113 students were enrolled in 2016 to 2017. As a result, the total amount of tuition saved was over $660,000.
The average savings per student was $6,609. In 2018, the MSEP program total tuition savings was over $90 million. Several other states such as South Dakota and Kansas participate in this program.
